Shipping + Returns

Shipping:

  • $7.00 shipping on all US ordersĀ 
  • Free shipping on all US orders of $75+
  • Local Deliveries have a convenience fee of $3.00 for orders under $75, orders over $75 are delivered for free and include all residences within these zip codes: 52001, 52002, 52003. All local deliveries are made between Friday-Sunday. We will notify you via email or messenger when your order has been delivered.
  • Processing time: 2-3 Business days, Orders ship between 3-5 business days
  • Local in-store pick-up available (Please select Pickup in shipping options upon checkout).Processing time may take 2-3 business days for in store pickup due to inventory being split between two locations. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup via email or messenger.Ā 
Lost or Stolen Packages:Ā 
  • In the event of a lost or misdirected package, please contact USPS with your tracking number to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you and attempt to right the situation.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses areĀ provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer's expense.Ā 
  • We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown asĀ delivered. We will help with any information andĀ tracking neededĀ for customers to file a claim with USPS.Ā Ā We will work with customers to replace packages afterĀ sending us a copy of their filed police report.

Damages:

  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or theyĀ are INELIGIBLE to be returned.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care of handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

Our Return Policy:Ā 

  • We accept returns for refund forĀ exchange or in store credit only (store giftĀ card)Ā within 14Ā calendar days from the date you receive your order. For In-Store Pickups, the 14Ā days begin when your order is first available in-store. If you wait more than 14Ā days to pick up your order, the items become FINAL SALE.
  • Returns are accepted and issued aĀ store credit or exchangeĀ if they meet the stores return criteria: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags still attached, smoke free and pet free damage
  • Non-refundable items: Accessories, swimwear, jewelry, leggings, intimate items including but not limited to swimsuits, bralettes, bodysuits. Seasonal merchandise, deal of the day, consignment items and items that are discounted more than 20% are also FINAL SALE.
  • If your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING and your return would make your order now subject to shipping charges (original order minus return item is under $75), $7.00Ā will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any shipping charges.Ā 
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and your request for return will be declined. Ā 

Pre-order Returns:Ā 

  • Pre-orders: Merchandise may be returned up to 14 days from date of receipt for IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY and must follow all other guidelines in return policy listedĀ above.Ā 

Holiday Return Policy:Ā 

  • Orders placed on or between Nov 21st and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 5th for in storeĀ credit (or 14 days from date of purchase). Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 5th if Ā outside the 14 day return window. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY.

ReturnĀ Packaging:Ā 

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping package or box.Ā Damage to the original shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns.Ā 
  • Return shipping is theĀ responsibility of the customer on all returns.Ā 

RefundĀ and Processing Times:Ā 

  • You will be notified via the email address associated with your order when we process your return.Ā It can take 2-3 business daysĀ to fully process your return. Refunds will be issued to a gift card. If your original order qualified for FREE SHIPPING and your return would then cause that order to be subject to shipping charges (order is below $75), $7.00Ā will be deducted from your refund.
